Admissions and Withdrawals
Admissions
Admission procedures commence with your child’s registration, requiring a registration fee covering the prospectus and entrance examination. The entrance examination comprises two components:
- A Written Entry Test
- An Interview
An appointment for these will be scheduled within three working days of registration. Successful completion of the entrance examination prompts parents to submit various fees, formalizing their child’s admission to the school.
Withdrawals
In the event of a withdrawal, parents must provide one month’s written notice to the school office, or a one-month fee will be charged upon departure. The school reserves the right to remove any student from the roll under the following circumstances:
- Unpaid school fees for two consecutive months.
- Absence from school for two straight weeks without permission.
- Disciplinary issues, including misbehaviour by students or their parents/relatives towards school staff or administration.
- Failing the same class for two consecutive years.
Re-admission (at the school’s discretion) is possible with the repayment of admission fees and outstanding school dues, except in disciplinary terminations.
